Gisa Riesling - Polish Hill River

This is an elegant wine, with a tight, steely zing. The nose shows citric blossom, mandarin pith and the minerality of wet slate. The palate is dry & refreshing with ample natural acidity and good length.

Piccadilly Chardonnay - Oaked - Adelaide Hills

The fruit comes off Gibbo’s Chardonnay Vineyard at 560 meters above sea level, high in the Piccadilly Valley. This has all the hall marks of a great modern chardonnay.

Only 6 months in oak and bottled under screw cap has ensured the fresh fruit flavour is retained.

This is a beautifully textured and complex wine that will reward cellaring.
